A long-standing broker referred this client to us. Our client was very experienced and required 100% funding to build 4 large bungalows.
Successes
The speed of the build was very efficient, and the whole project was completed, with all properties sold within 12 months; 6 months shorter than the agreed deal length.
During the build, our clients decided they wanted to add garages to the properties. We helped them accomplish this and were able to take most of the financial strain away from them. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile for our clients.
