The Client Brief
Our client, a trio of property developers, required 100% finance for the construction of 5 houses. It was outlined that the builds would have noticeably large gardens to make them very desirable to potential buyers.
Successes
Persistence, coupled with strong relationships with frequently used suppliers, meant our clients were able to acquire all relevant materials without a significant delay.
From the outset, the development attracted several buyers who reserved off-plan and progressed through legalities quickly, enabling them to complete as soon as the homes were finished.
All in all, we built up a very good relationship with our clients. They worked efficiently, delivering this project on time whilst keeping within their requested budget. Due to their performance and delivery of such a great product, we plan to work with them on further joint ventures.
