The Client Brief
Our clients, two very experienced professionals, required funding for the build of 9 homes in an idyllic setting. The duo needed funding whilst their finances were tied in with other projects. For us, this was the perfect combination of site and client.
Successes
The speed of the build was very efficient and despite the lengthier-than-expected sales process, the whole project was completed, with all properties sold within 12 months; 6 months shorter than the agreed deal length.
During the build, our clients decided they wanted to add garages to the properties. We helped them accomplish this and were able to take most of the financial strain away from them. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile for our clients.
