The Client Brief

Our clients, an experienced duo, came to us with plans for demolition and the erection of 5 detached houses. They required 100% property finance. This is our latest partnership; the site was purchased in February this year, and we are at the initial stages of the process right now. We have full faith in our clients and the promising plans for the homes.


Sourcing materials and keeping costs low in a post-covid economy is particularly difficult but our practised clients are prepared for all eventualities and will have our guidance throughout.


Even though this project is yet to be completed, its build has all the foundations for success. The fantastic location means we are confident the homes will not be on the market for long. The build is situated in the ‘golden triangle’ between Harrogate and Ripon, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. An idyllic northern village.
