Here’s what we require:
- UK mainland developments only.
- New build or conversion, traditional, timber or modular builds only.
- Maximum project length – 18 months.
- Full detailed planning permission.
What does our Salboy Build Partner package include?
Here’s a breakdown of our product:
- 100% debt and equity package.
- Interest is charged on the funds drawn and the profit shared with the borrower after total GDC, including finance costs.
- Each agreement established with the borrower includes security held in a subsidiary of Salboy.
- No personal guarantees are needed.
- Suitable for deals that are up to £10million GDV.
